BILINGUAL ADVISORS | CUSTOMER SERVICE (HYBRID WORK)

OUR CLIENT

Our client, a marketing and consulting firm, has commissioned us to find ten (10) Bilingual Advisors | Customer Service.

The main responsibilities of the position include:


  • Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
  • Perform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
  • Promote available products and services to clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Cooperate effectively with other departments as required
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.

 Main Requirements :

  • Professionals with technical or university degrees with incomplete studies, graduates, high school graduates, or degree holders in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Tourism and Hospitality, Communication Science, Commercial Aviation, or related fields to perform the job.
  • Work experience in Customer Service (in person or call center) or Sales of intangible products in general.
  • English language, advanced or native level.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS Office, intermediate level.

Data:


  • The reception of the cvs. must be in English.
  • Interviews will be conducted in English.

Benefit:


  • Remuneration S/. 2,580.00 soles + Commissions.
  • Entry in the general payroll with all the benefits according to the Law.

Place of work and hours of operation:
 
  • Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day (changes may apply according to EU summer time).
  • Hybrid Work (Progressive on-site return) - San Isidro.
